Plan a Group Cruise

Imagine this. You have been duly elected to plan and coordinate this year's Family Reunion. Wheeeee!! Woo Hoo!!! yeah right! You realize you do not know a thing about event planning. In fact, the last event you coordinated was a Star Wars Marathon party when you were like, what, 15 years old? You're 45 now, and your mother is still busting your chops about that. So now the family is looking to you, and counting on you not to let them down. What do you do? Ok, praying is nice, but you may need a little more than a wing and a prayer.

Uncle Davie is coming in from California, and Granddad, well trying to find a way to keep him amused is a chore greater than the little boy who tried to plug the hole in the dam with his thumb. Don't believe that worked out too well. One thing you are certain of, that being if you drop the ball on this one, you will never be able to shake the stigma of the shame.

Luckily for you IrSabio Travel has just the opportunity. You can rarely go wrong with a Group Cruise. Yes, that's IT!! Coordinate a group cruise for this year's family reunion. What's The Deal With These Cruise Prices?

Here you are. You have some vacation time from work. Yes, some very well earned vacation time indeed. Of course you do not want to just sit around the house. I mean, it is an escape and all, but those wall eventually start closing in on you. So you want to do something, but you don't want to just do any old thing.

You are considering a Cruise, perhaps a Carnival Cruise, maybe Royal Caribbean, or Princess. Yes,
that is going to be it, you are going to do a cruise. That's what you want to do. You hear about this awesome special, a Seven Night Western Caribbean cruise visiting Haiti, Cozumel and Jamaica. What a deal, only $350 for an interior cabin. You are ready to do this. You contact your Travel Agent or go online to book the cruise, give them or enter YOUR information, and suddenly, Sticker Shock!!! The cost of the cruise jumped to $700. Holy Bait and Switch Batman! The commercial said this, and you were told that. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Oscar. Who is lying here? The print ad, or the travel agent?  $700 is a 100% mark-up from the price quoted by the print ad. So, what really happened here?

Let's take another look at that print ad. Yup, Seven Day Western Caribbean Experience. Uh Huh, $350. What is the problem? Hey, what is this? Some fine print at the bottom of the AD. Has something to do with the asterisks next to the cruise price. The fine print reads "Prices are based on Double Occupancy". What the heck is Double Occupancy?

Double Occupancy assumes more than one person will be in the cabin during the cruise. Husband & Wife, Boyfriend and Girlfriend, Two FRAT Brothers, Two Sorority Sisters, Two family members, etc. So what does this have to do with the cost of the cabin, and the price posted on the AD?

Well, the price of the Cabin does not change. Honestly, the actual cost of the Cabin is $700. That is the price established by the cruise line. The occupancy factor shares the cost of the cabin among all occupants of the cabin. Think of it like this:

How is that? A little clearer? So, what does this means to our solo traveler who still wants to take that cruise for vacation? Well that is where having a travel agent like IrSabio Travel can help.

At IrSabio Travel, our mission is to provide every traveler with a world class travel experience. We want you to have the best vacation possible at the most comfortable price available. Planning A Special Event? Consider a Group Cruise

Consider A Group Cruise For Your Next Reunion or Event

For as long as IrSabio Travel Consultants has been in existence, we've encountered a variety of travelers. The vast majority of the people we encounter are people who enjoy cruising. Why not? For many, a cruise vacation gives the the very best of all worlds. Honestly, a cruise is an All-Inclusive vacation with a constant change of scenery. There is plenty of entertainment, more than enough to eat, indeed it is a resort at sea. Perhaps one of the best cruise experiences is the Group Cruise. Why is that? Well, allow me to share some of the benefits of a group cruise.

Reuninon:
Whether you are planning a family reunion, class reunion, fraternal organization reunion, or any other kind of reunion, a group cruise is a truly wonderful idea. imagine you are at sea cruising with your best friends from
high school, people you have not seen in years. Even better, you are on a cruise with family, having the time of your life and meeting people you have never met before in your life. You are at dinner and your party is announced, imagine the pride you feel. Imagine the excitement of discovering places like Belize, Alaska, or other exotic location with your classmate, or family members. Group cruises are certainly fun for all.

Corporate or Company Celebrations:
Your corporation or company sponsors a cruise for their top 10 performers and their spouses or significant others. This is a great opportunity to really show your employees how much your truly value them, and how you honor their commitment to making your corporation or company successful. Are you a marketing firm? Why not reward your top sales people with a five or seven day cruise to the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, of Costa Maya?

Religious Organizations:
Believe it or not, several church marriage or couples ministries often take advantage of group cruises as a way of strengthening the unity of the member within those ministries. Often times, the minister will reserve meeting space so that they can conduct one or two seminars while on the cruise. For these ministries, group cruises are a great was to mix the business of the ministry with the pleasure of a cruise experience. Some churches have such great success that they schedule a group cruise annually.

Fund Raising:

Just supposing you have a Girl Scout Troop who needs to raise money for a trip to California. Perhaps a marching band who needs to raise money for new uniforms. Or maybe you are a member of a social club
who needs to raise funds for a community service event. Group cruises are superb vehicles to be used for fund raisers. Most organizations make arrangements so that a portion of the cruise fare goes to the particular charity or organization. Imagine this, you get the fun and relaxation of a cruise, the band gets new uniforms; that is considered the classic win/win, yes? Even better, you get to tour the ancient Mayan ruins, and your daughter's Girl Scout Troop gets their trip to California. That's right, who's the good dad now? Regardless of the cause, a group cruise makes a great fund raiser because, and let's face it, many people love the cruise. Think of this hypothetical scenario, the cruise price is $500 per person with a guarantee that $100 from each ticket sold will go to the organization raising the funds. The Group Cruise consists of 25 Staterooms with two people in each stateroom. Doing a little quick math, and you just enjoyed an awesome five day cruise, and the organization raising the funds just collected $5000 towards their cause. Win/Win, Yes? You betcha.

Arranging a group cruise is as easy as you sending an email to IrSabio Travel Consultants by clicking this link and requesting a proposal. You will need to include the following information in the email:

CoCo Cay (Kee) Bahamas:
Originally named Little Stirrup Cay, this island getaway is located within the Berry Island chain of the Bahamas, about 50 miles from Nassau. This group of almost 130 islands and cays (pronounced "keys") has "private playground" written all over them. From pirate's hideouts to yachtsmen's havens, the Berry Islands have offered seclusion through the ages. Accordingly, many claim that "the Berrys" have one of the highest concentrations of millionaires in the world. We'll never really know for sure. But we do know that this deserted island offers cruise passengers a secluded day in the sun free from hassles. Hunt for the grave of the infamous pirate Edward Teach - you know him as Blackbeard the Pirate - in the remote areas of Coco Cay

Key West Fl:
Discover a city where real estate titles date back to the Kings of Spain. Stroll the palm-lined streets and discover gingerbread mansions, tin-roofed conch houses, the John Audubon House and Ernest Hemingway's home. Walk in the footsteps of Thomas Edison, Lou Gehrig, Harry Truman, and Tennessee Williams. Gaze at the fabled treasure of the galleon Atocha. Discover tomorrow's fine art treasures by Key West's well-known and unknown artists. Only in Key West would the sun shine brightest when it sets. Everyone gathers for the never planned, always varied Sunset Celebration on the Mallory Dock. Once the sun is safely tucked away by jugglers, mimes, musicians and street artists, the city moves to a different beat. A night beat. The streets, filled with sidewalk cafes, open-air bars, legendary pubs and world-class restaurants come alive. Gourmets and gourmands alike treat their palates to island specialties. Drama, musicals and comedy flourish on our stages. As you enjoy these sights, you'll discover that modern Key West is a warm-hearted place where all are welcome. In Key West you can use convenient public transportation, taxis, pedi-cabs, tour trains, trolleys, bicycles or even your own two feet to see the sights.
