Carnival Victory Five (5) Day - Eastern Caribbean Cruise
IrSabio Travel Consultants and Carnival Cruise Lines invites you to wrap up your summer with a Victory Cruise. Carnival is offering an Eastern Caribbean Cruise on August 25, 2014, where you will visit such exotic ports as:
Grand Turk Caicos:
Grand Turk is the seat of government for the Turks and Caicos Islands, is a small island (about nine kilometres (six miles) long and five kilometres (three miles) wide) located at the end of the Bahamas archipelago, 871 kilometres (575 miles) Southeast of Miami. An easy flight from the U.S., whilst the Dominican Republic is some 100 miles to the Southeast. A small, relaxed, easily accessible island for travellers from the US, Canada, and the emerging European market. It has one of the lowest crime rates of any Caribbean destination, and the Islanders (all 5000 of them) are renowned for their friendliness. First gaining prominence in the 1600's for its salt-making stations, Grand Turk may have been Columbus' first stop in the New World. The terrain is flat and the climate is dry, with all fresh water coming from rainwater catchment and desalination. The climate is ideal for working, sleeping and swimming and benefits from having some of the best Scuba diving in the world. The water is clear and ideal for snorkelling.
Hay Moon Cay:
If you've ever dreamed of making the first footprints on the beach of a truly secluded tropical island, you'll have your chance on Half Moon Cay, Holland America's own private island in the Bahamas. Swim, snorkel and sail till the beat of a steel-drum band summons you to the beach party and buffet. Cast off your everyday cares on sunswept beaches as you play the day away.
Nassau:
Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas, located on New Providence Island and Freeport, located on Grand Bahama Island offer a variety of experiences from non-stop excitement to peaceful relaxation. Nassau is the center of industry, commerce and communications and presents a special charm which captures the elegance of the old world while at the same time incorporating up-to-the-minute modern features. Here one will find well-preserved colonial buildings, exciting attractions, duty free shopping, one of the largest straw markets in the Caribbean, thrilling land and sea sports, pristine beaches, delightful cuisine and unique cultural activities. Beautiful Paradise Island is linked to Nassau by bridge and has gorgeous beaches, luxury hotels, a large casino and first class entertainment.
Prices for this awesome cruise experience start as low as $396 USD per person for an interior stateroom, or you can have an oceanview stateroom for an additional $60 Per Person.

From The CEO: Lunch Conversation
I was having lunch with a close friend of mine not too long ago, and we were sharing random dialog about our respective businesses. My friend is someone I have come to regard with very high esteem. Indeed, my friend is a highly successful business owner, with more than 30 years of experience. So, in many regards, I see him as more than just a friend, I also see him as an adviser who is ever ready to share a much needed tidbit or two about his successful business practices. Everybody needs a friend, or even perhaps a few friends like that, especially when it comes to running a business. Someone who is insightful, and not too judgmental, fair, without many of the biases shared by most of mainstream society. I think that is why I was kind of shocked by a question my friend asked of me.
As we sat enjoying our lunch, my friend asked me a business related question. "So tell me, how many gay and lesbian clients do you have?" he asked. I was rather stunned by the boldness, and what I considered to be inappropriateness of the question, so I opted to respond as Socraticly (using the Socratic method) as possible. "I'm sorry, what do you mean?" I took a sip of my water, and observed as my friend seemed not to be phased by the questions. Instead, he continued to savor his lunch as he asked in response "What are your positions on LBGT clients and business?" and he took a sip of his wine, I think it was a sweet red or something like that.
I honestly did not know how to respond, pretty much because I have not previously been asked questions of that nature, especially not in a general conversational tone. I wondered what the purpose of the questions were. Is my friend trying to lock me into a darned if you do, darned if you don't position? Is he looking for a political soundbite that could be used against me in a future legal encounter? Is he challenging my lifestyle? I mean, honestly, what is his angle? He continued to sit there with an expectant expression on his face. Not confrontational, not hostile, just expecting the conversation to continue. So I obliged.
"That is a very interesting question", I said as I took another sip of my water "But here is where I stand". I explained to my long time friend that I so not have Straight Clients, nor do I have Gay Clients, I simply have Clients. I have clients who love to take cruises, I have clients who prefer to lounge on the beach. I have clients who enjoy the fast pace of Las Vegas, and I have clients who enjoy the serenity of a mountain get away. I watched my friend as he nodded his head and began to smile. So I continued by saying to my friend, I do not see two females as a Lesbian Couple, I see them as two women who wish to have a great time in the Bahamas, or Jamaica. I do not question two men seeking a vacation together, instead I see two guys who just want to have a wild and crazy good time so they can forget about a bad week at work, or what ever else may have stressed them out. My friend picked up his glass of wine, gave me a slight tip of the glass as a salute and took a sip of it.
"That is great to hear" he said as he sat his glass down, and motioned for the waitress to bring the check "Let me tell you why I asked the question". My friend went on to tell me that he'd witnessed another travel agent reject a couple simply because they were a Lesbian Couple. He said he'd overheard the travel agent saying that it is nearly impossible to find any vacation destination that is truly Gay Friendly, and gave them some phone numbers they could call. According to my friends, the ladies were simply looking for an All-Inclusive Caribbean Resort to celebrate one of the lady's birthday. My friend told me that he was infuriated, but could not say anything because he was engaged with a client of his own at the time. With 30 years of experience, my friend is one heck of amulti-tasker. "Because of that interaction" he said as he handed his credit card to the waitress and told her to include a 30% gratuity for her, just because (big show off, but heck, he's my friend, and the lunch was free) "I wanted to be certain that the kind of disservice I witness was not something that is rampant in the travel industry". I thought that was more than fair, and I truly appreciated him for seeking my position. In a way, I saw this lunch encounter as yet another lesson, and a valuable one indeed.
Unfortunately, my friend had more of a valid point than many people realize. The news is full of people harboring biases against men and women simply because they are part of the LBGT community. That is not just unfair, but it is also stupid. Being in the travel industry, I can honestly say from experience that the LBGT community has comprised more than 30% of my total business, and that is not from active prospecting, it is from being approached for information on cruises and vacations. For that I am very grateful. Still it does not negate the fact that there are people who harbor unfair biases.
Since our founding in 2008, IrSabio Travel Consultants strove to provide the very best in travel and vacation opportunities to all of or clients, regardless of culture, race, gender or other factor. Our philosophy is simple, we want to be Your Full Service Online Travel Agent, and we pride ourselves in that. You do not have to settle for being treated like a second class citizen, because you are so much more than that, and at IrSabio, we will do what it takes to ensure that you know you are first class to us.
As a closing thought, although I was caught off guard by the question, I am very glad that my friend asked it of me. People who are afraid to discuss a topic will not benefit from the growth such a discussion offers. Thank you all for being valued clients of IrSabio Travel Consultants.

Planning A Special Event? Consider a Group Cruise
Consider A Group Cruise For Your Next Reunion or Event
For as long as IrSabio Travel Consultants has been in existence, we've encountered a variety of travelers. The vast majority of the people we encounter are people who enjoy cruising. Why not? For many, a cruise vacation gives the the very best of all worlds. Honestly, a cruise is an All-Inclusive vacation with a constant change of scenery. There is plenty of entertainment, more than enough to eat, indeed it is a resort at sea. Perhaps one of the best cruise experiences is the Group Cruise. Why is that? Well, allow me to share some of the benefits of a group cruise.
Reuninon:
Whether you are planning a family reunion, class reunion, fraternal organization reunion, or any other kind of reunion, a group cruise is a truly wonderful idea. imagine you are at sea cruising with your best friends from
high school, people you have not seen in years. Even better, you are on a cruise with family, having the time of your life and meeting people you have never met before in your life. You are at dinner and your party is announced, imagine the pride you feel. Imagine the excitement of discovering places like Belize, Alaska, or other exotic location with your classmate, or family members. Group cruises are certainly fun for all.
Corporate or Company Celebrations:
Your corporation or company sponsors a cruise for their top 10 performers and their spouses or significant others. This is a great opportunity to really show your employees how much your truly value them, and how you honor their commitment to making your corporation or company successful. Are you a marketing firm? Why not reward your top sales people with a five or seven day cruise to the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, of Costa Maya?
Religious Organizations:
Believe it or not, several church marriage or couples ministries often take advantage of group cruises as a way of strengthening the unity of the member within those ministries. Often times, the minister will reserve meeting space so that they can conduct one or two seminars while on the cruise. For these ministries, group cruises are a great was to mix the business of the ministry with the pleasure of a cruise experience. Some churches have such great success that they schedule a group cruise annually.
Fund Raising:
Just supposing you have a Girl Scout Troop who needs to raise money for a trip to California. Perhaps a marching band who needs to raise money for new uniforms. Or maybe you are a member of a social club
who needs to raise funds for a community service event. Group cruises are superb vehicles to be used for fund raisers. Most organizations make arrangements so that a portion of the cruise fare goes to the particular charity or organization. Imagine this, you get the fun and relaxation of a cruise, the band gets new uniforms; that is considered the classic win/win, yes? Even better, you get to tour the ancient Mayan ruins, and your daughter's Girl Scout Troop gets their trip to California. That's right, who's the good dad now? Regardless of the cause, a group cruise makes a great fund raiser because, and let's face it, many people love the cruise. Think of this hypothetical scenario, the cruise price is $500 per person with a guarantee that $100 from each ticket sold will go to the organization raising the funds. The Group Cruise consists of 25 Staterooms with two people in each stateroom. Doing a little quick math, and you just enjoyed an awesome five day cruise, and the organization raising the funds just collected $5000 towards their cause. Win/Win, Yes? You betcha.
Arranging a group cruise is as easy as you sending an email to IrSabio Travel Consultants by clicking this link and requesting a proposal. You will need to include the following information in the email:
1. Name of the group
2. Number of cruisers (Please note, a minimum of 16 travelers is required)

5. Preferred departure port (i.e. Miami, Port Canaveral, etc.)
6. Preferred cruise dates
7. Good contact information for the coordinator
Upon receipt of the request for proposal, IrSabio Travel Consultants will reach out to the coordinator to clarify details and prepare the proposal accordingly. Please note that a deposit is required to secure the Group Cruise, and this deposit ranges from $25 to $100 per person. Your IrSabio Travel Consultants representative will discuss the deposit and payment schedules more in detail with you.

What A Fascinating Way To End The Summer
Carnival Fascination Five (5) Day Bahamas Cruise
IrSabio Travel Consultants cordially invites you to come to Jacksonville Florida for a memorable cruise onboard the beautiful Carnival Fascination. Carnival is offering an Eastern Caribbean Cruise on August 25, 2014, where you will visit such exotic ports as:
Nassau Bahamas
Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas, located on New Providence Island and Freeport, located on Grand Bahama Island offer a variety of experiences from non-stop excitement to peaceful relaxation. Nassau is the center of industry, commerce and communications and presents a special charm which captures the elegance of the old world while at the same time incorporating up-to-the-minute modern features. Beautiful Paradise Island is linked to Nassau by bridge and has gorgeous beaches, luxury hotels, a large casino and first class entertainment.
CoCo Cay Bahamas
Originally named Little Stirrup Cay, this island getaway is located within the Berry Island chain of the Bahamas, about 50 miles from Nassau. This group of almost 130 islands and cays (pronounced "keys") has "private playground" written all over them. From pirate's hideouts to yachtsmen's havens, the Berry Islands have offered seclusion through the ages. Accordingly, many claim that "the Berrys" have one of the highest concentrations of millionaires in the world. We'll never really know for sure. But we do know that this deserted island offers cruise passengers a secluded day in the sun free from hassles. Hunt for the grave of the infamous pirate Edward Teach - you know him as Blackbeard the Pirate - in the remote areas of CocoCay.
Prices for this awesome cruise experience start as low as $380 USD per person for an interior stateroom, or you can have an oceanview stateroom for an additional $40 Per Person.
