TRAVEL ADVISORY - Mexico

The United States Department of State has issued a Travel Advisory for people desiring to travel to Mexico.

The Travel Advisory comes in the wake of the discovery of eight (8) bodies presumed to be American Tourist in the popular resort town of Cancun Mexico. This Travel Advisory is not to be taken lightly as there has been a recent rising in violence against Americans in various countries, including Mexico.

Although the State Department cannot completely prevent people from traveling, it is staunchly recommended that travelers to Mexico, and other places abroad, take the following precautions:

  • Use toll roads when possible and avoid driving at night.
  • Exercise increased caution when visiting local bars, nightclubs, and casinos.
  • Do not display signs of wealth, such as wearing expensive watches or jewelry.
  • Be extra vigilant when visiting banks or ATMs.
  • Enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive Alerts and make it easier to locate you in an emergency.
  • Follow the Department of State on Facebook and Twitter.
  • Review the Crime and Safety Reports for Mexico.
  • U.S. citizens who travel abroad should always have a contingency plan for emergency situations. Review the Traveler's Checklist.

Remember, your safety is paramount, and IrSabio Travel values it highly.  Please take all necessary precautions when traveling.

Plan a Group Cruise

Imagine this. You have been duly elected to plan and coordinate this year's Family Reunion. Wheeeee!! Woo Hoo!!! yeah right! You realize you do not know a thing about event planning. In fact, the last event you coordinated was a Star Wars Marathon party when you were like, what, 15 years old? You're 45 now, and your mother is still busting your chops about that. So now the family is looking to you, and counting on you not to let them down. What do you do? Ok, praying is nice, but you may need a little more than a wing and a prayer.

Uncle Davie is coming in from California, and Granddad, well trying to find a way to keep him amused is a chore greater than the little boy who tried to plug the hole in the dam with his thumb.
